Some people hear a boundary and experience it as judgment. The reaction belongs to them, not me. I can’t control how others feel, and that’s okay. I’m not here to be universally palatable. I respect myself enough to know that I only deserve the best, and that includes how I allow others to show up in my life. Boundaries aren’t personal attacks. They’re just lines I draw for my own peace. And that’s how I protect my energy, my space, and my heart.
