Ham Salad Sandwich Spread 2 cups Ham, ground or chopped 1/4 Cup Sweet Relish 2/3 cups Mayonnaise (I use Hellmans Light) Crackers or bread 1. Cut ham into chunks and place in a grinder or chopper 2. Grind to desired consistency 3. Place in a bowl and add the relish and mayonnaise 4. Stir to mix thoroughly. 5. Add more mayonnaise and sweet relish according to your taste. 6.
